Last week, Micah Smith, a prominent Washington, D.C. OSHA defense attorney, joined Conn Maciel Carey as Of Counsel with the national OSHA • Workplace Safety Practice Group.  Mr. Smith focuses his practice on occupational safety and health law.  He has extensive experience and expertise in handling complex OSHA matters, from rulemakings to the full range of enforcement-related matters, such as fatality investigations and litigation of contested OSHA citations.
